All-on-4™

All-on-4™ is a procedure that allows Dr. Calat to perform a complete rehabilitation of the upper and lower jaw. The system utilizes only four implants per arch for an immediate, fully detachable prosthesis. This process has enabled Dr. Calat to maximize the use of available bone, even when there is minimal bone volume.  This technique eliminates the need for a sinus graft and other major grafting often required for traditional implant surgery.

This process also starts with an I-CAT scan, which allows for the generation of a 3-D model of the jawbone. The three-dimensional model can then be loaded into Nobel Guide virtual reality software to plan the implant placement without the presence of the patient. The results are incredibly accurate implant placement and a dramatically shorter surgery for our patients as compared to traditional implant surgery.
